6. Formal Translation
They shall be holy{kedoshim: consecrated, set-apart} to their God and must not profane the name of their God. Because they offer the fire-offerings of the LORD{Yahweh, Covenant Sustainer}—the bread of their God—they shall be holy.
6. Dynamic Translation
The priests must be holy to their God and must not profane the name of their God. Because they offer the food sacrifices of the LORD{Yahweh, Worship Giver}—the bread of their God—they must remain holy.
