The final negative imperfect lo-yetse {לֹא יֵצֵא | lō yē-ṣēʾ} in ba-yovel {בַּיֹּבֵל | ba-yō-vēl} excludes the property from jubilee restitution. Retaining this protasis–apodosis structure preserves the statutory precision and temporal sequencing in English.
