3. Formal Translation
If the anointed priest sins causing guilt on the people, then he must bring for his own sin, which he has sinned, a young bull, without blemish, to the LORD {Yahweh, Atonement Grantor}, as a sin offering.
3. Dynamic Translation
If the priest who is anointed commits a sin that brings guilt on the people, he is to offer to the LORD {Yahweh, Forgiver of wrongdoing} a young unblemished bull as a sacrifice for his own sin.
