35. Formal Translation
And on the next day, he took out two denarii, gave them to the innkeeper, and said, “Take care of him, and whatever you might spend in addition, I will repay you when I return.”
35. Dynamic Translation
The following day, he took out two silver coins and gave them to the innkeeper, saying, “Please look after him. Any extra cost you incur, I will reimburse you when I come back.”
