40. Formal Translation But Martha was distracted with much service, and having come up, she said, “Lord {Kyrie, Revered Master}, does it not concern You that my sister has left me alone to serve? Therefore, tell her to help me.” |
40. Dynamic Translation But Martha was overwhelmed with all the work she had to do. She approached and said, “Lord {Kyrie, Compassionate Caregiver}, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve by myself? Please tell her to come and help me.” |
