25. Formal Translation
When the master of the house rises and shuts the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, “Lord {Kyrie, Household Authority}, open to us,” then He will answer you, “I do not know where you are from.”
25. Dynamic Translation
After the owner gets up and locks the door, you will stand outside and keep knocking, saying, “Lord {Kyrie, Respected Master}, let us in.” He will answer, “I do not know you or where you came from.”
