The Pharisee, having stood by himself, was praying these things: “O God {Theos, Divine Hearer}, I give thanks to You that I am not like the rest of men—extortioners, unjust, adulterers—or even like this tax collector.”
11. Dynamic Translation
Standing apart, the Pharisee prayed, “God {Theos, Prayer Hearer}, I thank You that I am not like other people—swindlers, unjust, adulterers—or even like this tax collector.”
