35. Formal Translation But love your enemies and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High {Hypsistos, Supreme Authority}, because He is kind to the ungrateful and the wicked. |
35. Dynamic Translation Instead, love your enemies, do good to them, and lend without expecting anything back. Then you will have a great reward, and you will become children of the Most High {Hypsistos, Highest Ruler}, because He is kind even to those who are ungrateful and wicked. |
