12. Formal Translation But as the day began to draw to a close, the twelve approached and said to Him {Iesous, Wise Provider}, “Send the crowd away so that, having gone into the surrounding villages and fields, they may lodge and find provisions, because we are here in a desolate place.” |
12. Dynamic Translation As the day was ending, the twelve disciples came to Him {Iesous, Attentive Shepherd} and said, “Send the people away so they can go to the nearby villages and countryside to find somewhere to stay and get food, because we are in a remote place here.” |
