42. Formal Translation Yet as he was coming near, the demon threw him down and convulsed him; but Jesus {Iesous, Divine Healer} rebuked the unclean spirit, healed the child, and gave him back to his father. |
42. Dynamic Translation While the boy was still approaching, the demon slammed him to the ground and shook him violently; but Jesus {Iesous, Restoring Lord} rebuked the impure spirit, healed the boy, and returned him to his father. |
