45. Formal Translation
And if your foot becomes an occasion for sin, sever it; it is more beneficial to enter life limping than to be cast with both feet into Gehenna.
45. Dynamic Translation
If your foot leads you astray, cut it off. Better to enter life without one foot than to be thrown with both feet into hell.
