Lord, revive your Church so we can go where you send us without fear, look for open doors with wisdom, and remain steady once you provide a place. Keep us from chasing comfort or status; make us humble, thankful, and faithful in every town and village you open to us, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Renew Your Church for Faithful Mission

Thank you, Father, for the gift of ordinary hospitality — for meals, shelter, welcome, and the people who make room for others. Teach us to notice your care in these simple gifts and to respond with gratitude.

Giving Thanks for Open Homes

Pray by naming the place, relationship, or decision where you need discernment. Ask God to show you where to stay, whom to trust, and when to move on, and then listen quietly for his wisdom.

Pray for Discernment and Steadiness

Pray for travelers, missionaries, students, and workers who depend on unfamiliar homes. Ask God to lead them to trustworthy hosts and to make hosts generous and peace-filled, so every meeting reflects his care.

For Travelers and Hosts

Lord, keep me from chasing a better option when you have already provided what I need. Give me wisdom to recognize a good place, grace to remain there faithfully, and peace to move on when it is time, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
