If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and have often cared more about outward things than about your truth. I cannot save myself. Come to Jesus Beyond Appearances

Lord, revive your Church. Free us from chasing polish, comfort, and status. Make us faithful in ordinary places, gentle with people the world ignores, and eager to honor what is true and lasting, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Renew Your Church's Sight

Lord, keep me from being impressed by style and rank. Give me a humble heart that values faithfulness over display, and teach me to see people as you see them, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Choose one person, place, or situation that looks impressive, and ask God to help you look past the surface and recognize what is true and lasting there. Then ask for one practical step that matches that prayer.

Pray Before You Judge an Impression

Pray for people who feel unseen because they do not have wealth, polish, or influence. Ask God to give them dignity, protection, steady provision, and friends who value them for who they are.

For Those Overlooked by Status

Thank God for the beauty of ordinary faithfulness, simple living, and hidden integrity. Ask him to free your heart from envy and to make you glad to honor what matters most.
