Notice the need and help meet it in a practical way

Ignore it so the schedule stays uninterrupted

Wait until the need becomes much worse before acting

Treat the need as less important than the moment itself

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I come to you with my sin and my need. I have lived for myself, and I cannot save myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and trust you as my Lord. Meet me, lead me, and give me life. Amen.

Lord, Receive Me

Lord, revive your Church where we have become too busy to notice hunger and too guarded to stop for need. Make us people who walk with Jesus, see the person in front of us, and respond with practical mercy. Wake us up to compassionate action in everyday places, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Make Your Church Compassionate

Father, you see every hungry person and every hidden need. Provide food, strength, and rest for those who lack them, and teach us to trust you with our daily bread. Make us generous and attentive, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Begin by naming one practical need you have today. Ask God for help, then ask what simple act of faith or care you can take next.

Pray About One Real Need

Pray for: people who are hungry; those who feel unseen while carrying heavy responsibilities; believers who can notice and respond quickly; and open doors for mercy in ordinary places.

For the Hungry and Overlooked

Thank God for Jesus' care in ordinary life; for the gift of daily provision; for the dignity of bodily needs; and for the grace to eat, share, and depend on him.
