Lord, revive your Church. Where we have quarrelled, make us peaceful; where we have shouted for ourselves, make us humble; where we have tried to be noticed, make us faithful in quiet witness. Shape us after your Son, so our lives and words point to you, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Give thanks for the strength of Jesus that does not need to quarrel, the mercy that does not need to shout, and the dignity of a life that serves without seeking attention.

Pray by naming one conversation that often turns tense. Ask God to slow your heart, soften your tone, and keep you from trying to win by noise.

Pray Before You Speak

Pray for: a family conflict, a workplace disagreement, a church tension, and the grace to bring calm rather than escalation.

Peace Where Voices Rise

Lord, keep my heart from picking fights and my mouth from raising itself above others. Help me speak with calm strength, to listen before I answer, and to trust you with the outcome, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
