19. Formal Translation For everyone hearing the word of the kingdom and not understanding, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is the one sown by the path. |
19. Dynamic Translation Whenever someone hears the message about the kingdom but does not comprehend it, the evil one comes and takes away what was planted in that person’s heart. This is the person who received seed along the path. |
