Father, when someone keeps hurting me, keep me from turning forgiveness into a limit I can control. Give me a willing heart, clear judgment, and the grace to release resentment and respond with wisdom, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Help Me Forgive Again

Pray by naming the person who hurt you, the repeated offense, and the resistance in your own heart. Ask God for mercy, for truth, and for one faithful next step toward forgiveness.

Pray Over the Person and the Hurt

Bring these to God: the memory of what happened, the resentment that returns, the fear of being hurt again, and the need for a softer heart that still walks wisely.

Where Repeated Hurt Lingers

Pray for the person who has wronged you, for your own heart to stop keeping score, and for a path toward peace, reconciliation, and wise boundaries where needed.
