Bring to God: the desire to win an argument, the temptation to ask questions as a trap, the fear that makes you defensive, and the need for honest speech.

Lay Down the Trap

Lord, where marriages are strained, bring humility, patience, forgiveness, and wise help. Guard couples from careless words and from treating covenant love as disposable. Heal what is broken and lead people toward what is right and peaceable, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
