Lord, revive your Church so we do not compare your gifts or resent your generosity. Make us humble, grateful, and faithful in the work you give us. Heal entitlement, jealousy, and murmuring among us, and teach us to rejoice when you are good to others too, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Free Your Church from Comparison

Father, thank you for the portion you give, for daily provision, and for the mercy of your wisdom. When my heart wants more, teach me to receive what you give with gratitude and peace.

Pray by naming one place where comparison has made you restless. Tell God what you expected, ask him to free you from bitterness, and invite him to help you keep serving faithfully with a contented heart.

Pray When Comparison Starts

Pray for people who feel overlooked, underpaid, or passed by. Ask God to steady them, give them honest words, and guard them from resentment when others receive what they hoped for.

For Those Who Feel Overlooked

Lord, grow in me a heart that is steady when others receive what I did not expect. Teach me contentment, honesty, and quiet faith, so I can keep working without resentment and trust your goodness more deeply.
