Praise the miracle but keep your distance

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and cannot heal myself. I turn from my sin and trust that you died for me and rose again. Have mercy on me, forgive me, and make me new. Be my Lord and my Savior, and lead me to follow you. Amen.

Come to the Merciful Savior

Lord, revive your Church with the compassion of Jesus. Where we have grown cold, make us tender; where we pass by pain, teach us to move toward the hurting. Let us touch lives with your care, bring help quickly, and follow you wherever you lead, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Compassion in Your Church

Lord, where my life feels blind, wounded, or unable to move forward, touch me with your compassion. Restore what is broken, give me fresh sight, and help me to follow you today, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Pray by naming one place where you need Jesus' compassionate touch. Ask him to restore sight there, and ask for one clear step to follow him this week.

Thank God for mercy that notices need, for help that comes right away, and for the grace to keep following Jesus after he meets us.

Pray for someone you know who feels unseen or stuck in darkness. Ask Jesus to meet them with compassion, restore their sight, and draw them into following him.
