A mountain can be spoken to and moved into the sea

The fig tree can be told to grow fruit again

A storm can be calmed with the same words

A person can move a mountain by personal strength

Pray and move forward in trust, even before the obstacle looks changeable

Wait until every fear is gone before doing anything

Keep the burden private and avoid speaking about it

Treat the problem as proof that faith is only for small concerns

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and that I have often lived in unbelief. I turn from my sin and from trusting myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as my Lord, and I ask you to give me a living faith that trusts your word. Come into my life and lead me. Amen.

Trusting Jesus as Lord

Lord, revive your Church with living faith. Where we have become cautious, doubtful, or stuck in fear, breathe fresh trust into us. Teach us to speak your word with confidence, to pray with courage, and to step forward when you call us, so that our lives point to your authority. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Our Faith

Start by naming one obstacle that feels impossible. Then ask God for faith that does not waver, tell him honestly where you are weak, and end by entrusting the outcome to his care.

Pray Over the Mountain

Father, when doubt rises in me, keep my heart from wavering. Give me a steady trust in your Son, and help me turn from fear, second-guessing, and self-reliance. Let my life become a place where your power can be seen. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
