Examine your loyalty and keep following Jesus with care

Assume your public image will decide everything

Focus mostly on looking religious rather than being faithful

Delay obedience until the final day is closer

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and cannot save myself. I turn from my sin and trust that you died for me and rose again. Forgive me, make me yours, and count me among your own. I confess you as Lord, and I ask you to lead my life from this day forward. Amen.

Count Me Among Your Own

Lord, awaken your Church and make us ready for your just and searching rule. Keep us from empty religion, divided hearts, and careless living. Form in us a people who truly belong to you, hear your voice, and keep one another ready for your coming, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Gather Your Church to Faithful Readiness

Pray by asking God to show you where your loyalties are headed, what is only outward appearance, and what one act of obedience you can take today.

Pray for a Ready Heart

Thank God that he sees clearly and judges rightly. Thank him that he does not confuse the faithful with the false, and that his ordering is wise and true.

Thank You for a Just Judge

Father, I confess that I often want the name of faith without the obedience of faith. Forgive me for caring more about appearance than loyalty. Turn my heart toward Jesus and make me ready to stand where you place your own, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Forgive My Divided Loyalty

Pray for people who are drifting, delaying, or pretending; for believers to take the warning seriously; and for the church to help one another live ready for the Lord's coming.
