Offer sympathy now and practical help later, if possible

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and that I have often ignored people in need. I turn from my sin and from living for myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord, and I ask you to come into my life, forgive me, and teach me to love the outsider and the vulnerable with your heart. Amen.

Receive the King Who Sees Me

Lord, awaken your Church to see you in the outsider and the vulnerable. Forgive us for cold hearts, quick judgments, and empty religion. Make us ready to welcome, ready to clothe, and ready to serve with joy, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Your Church to Mercy

Father, for anyone who feels like an outsider or feels exposed in need, bring your care near. Provide what is lacking, guard them with your kindness, and help them know your welcome, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Care for the One Who Feels Exposed

Name one person who feels outside your circle, ask God for a wider heart, then ask him to show you one practical way to welcome or help that person today.

Pray for Open Eyes

Give thanks for every unseen act of welcome, for every piece of clothing or practical help given in love, and for Jesus' care for people the world overlooks.

Gratitude for Hidden Mercy

Pray for people who feel excluded, for families who lack basic provision, and for believers everywhere to respond with dignity, generosity, and timely help.
