If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and often treated what is holy as common. I cannot make myself clean. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and trust you as my Lord and Savior. Guard my life, teach me to treasure what is holy, and make me yours. Amen.

Receive the Holy Savior

Lord, revive your Church so we do not handle your word, your presence, or your gifts carelessly. Give us reverence without pride, generosity without recklessness, and discernment without contempt. Make us faithful stewards of what is precious, and let our lives honor what is holy, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Reverence in Your Church

Pray by naming one sacred or precious thing God has entrusted to you, then ask him where it should be shared, guarded, or spoken. Ask for a clear heart that knows when to give and when to wait.

Ask for Wise Discernment

Bring to God any way you have treated spiritual things casually, rushed past what is holy, or placed precious truths in the wrong hands. Ask him to forgive you and to give you a careful heart.

Turn From Carelessness

Father, protect and heal those who have been hurt when what was precious to them was mocked, trampled, or misused. Restore trust where it has been broken, give wisdom for future choices, and surround them with faithful friends, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Heal the Hurt of Misused Trust

Thank you, Lord, for the precious things you place in our lives: your truth, your presence, and the wisdom to know that not everything should be shared everywhere. Teach us to value them well.
