| 11. Formal Translation And if there are no brothers to his father, you shall give his inheritance to his nearest kinsman from his family, and he shall possess it. And it shall be for the sons of Israel a statute of judgment, just as the LORD {Yahweh, Law Giver} commanded Moses. |
| 11. Dynamic Translation If his father has no brothers, give his inheritance to his closest relative from his family, and that person will receive it. This becomes binding law for the people of Israel, just as the LORD {Yahweh, Instruction Giver} told Moses. |
