Proverbs 26:2:1כַּצִּפּ֣וֹרkatsiporlike a bird
Proverbs 26:2:2לָ֭נוּדlanudto wander Proverbs 26:2:3כַּדְּר֣וֹרkaderorlike a swallow Proverbs 26:2:4לָע֑וּףlaufto fly Proverbs 26:2:5כֵּ֥ןkenso Proverbs 26:2:6קִֽלְלַ֥תkillata curse of Proverbs 26:2:7חִ֝נָּ֗םkhinamwithout cause Proverbs 26:2:8לאlonot Proverbs 26:2:9ל֣וֹloto him or to it Proverbs 26:2:10תָבֹֽא׃tavoit will come
2. Formal Translation
Like a sparrow that keeps wandering and a swallow that keeps flying, so a curse without cause does not come to rest.
2. Dynamic Translation
As a sparrow flits about and a swallow darts by, so an undeserved curse will not come to rest.
