| 1. Formal Translation For the director of David. The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God {Elohim, Rejected Ruler}.” They have acted corruptly; they have done abominable deeds. There is none who does good. |
| 1. Dynamic Translation For the music leader of David. The fool says in his heart, “God {Elohim, Denied Creator} does not exist.” They have become corrupt and have committed disgusting deeds. Not a single person does good. |
