u-lezaro {לִמְשִׁיח֗וֹ לְדָוִ֥ד וּלְזַרְע֗וֹ | limšîḥô lə-ḏāwiḏ û-lə-zarʿô} specifies that this loyal commitment is directed first to “His anointed” and then concretely to David and his line, extending the scope from an individual king to a continuing dynasty.
