This participial head then takes three coordinated accusative complements, each marked by its own article: to charagma {τὸ χάραγμα | tò cháragma} “the mark,” to onoma tou thēriou {τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ θηρίου | tò ónoma tou thēríou} “the name of the beast,” and ton arithmon tou onomatos autou {τὸν ἀριθμὸν τοῦ ὀνόματος αὐτοῦ | tón arithmón tou onómatos autoû} “the number of his name.”
