Exegesis
The participle echousai {ἔχουσαι | é-khou-sai} ‘having’ agrees with chilades ‘thousands’ to introduce what follows, namely the coordinated objects to onoma autou kai to onoma tou patros autou {τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ καὶ τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ | tò ónoma autoû kaí tò ónoma toû patròs autoû}, ‘His name and His Father’s name.’
