echontas {τοὺς νικῶντας ... ἑστῶτας ... ἔχοντας | toùs nikôntas ... hestôtas ... échontas} functions as an additional object of eidon, so that John sees both the sea and the people: they are defined by ongoing conquering, a firmly established stance, and the possession of harps.
