9. Formal Translation That if you confess with your mouth that Jesus {Iesous, Risen Lord} is Lord {Kyrios, Sovereign Redeemer} and believe in your heart that God {Theos, Raiser of Christ} raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. |
9. Dynamic Translation For if you openly declare with your mouth that Jesus {Iesous, Saving Lord} is Lord {Kyrios, Exalted Master} and trust in your heart that God {Theos, Giver of New Life} brought Him back from the dead, you will be saved. |
