22. Formal Translation Behold therefore the kindness and severity of God {Theos, Righteous Arbiter}: severity upon those who have fallen, but upon you, kindness from God—if you continue in His kindness; otherwise you also will be cut off. |
22. Dynamic Translation Look carefully at God’s {Theos, Just Judge} kindness and His severity: severity toward those who fell, but kindness toward you—if you keep living in His kindness. Otherwise you too will be cut off. |
