In the next clause, eph’ hymin oun chairo {ἐφʼ ὑμῖν οὖν χαίρω | eph’ hymîn oûn chaírō} ‘therefore I rejoice on your behalf,’ the object phrase ‘on your behalf’ is fronted for emphasis before the inferential oun ‘therefore’ and the verb chairo ‘I rejoice.’
