Tell me, you whom my soul loves, where you feed and where you cause to lie down at noon; why should I be like one who veils herself among the flocks of your companions?
7. Dynamic Translation
Please let me know, you whom I deeply love, where you care for your flock and where you let it rest at midday. Why must I remain veiled beside the flocks of your friends?
