The Hiphil verbs akhrit {אַכְרִ֞ית | ʾak-rît} ‘I will cut off’ and aavir {אַעֲבִ֥יר | ʾa-ʿă-bîr} ‘I will remove’ exert causative force on shemot haatsabim {שְׁמוֹת הָֽעֲצַבִּים | šə-mōt hā-ʿa-ṣab-bîm} and ruach hatumah {רוּחַ הַטֻּמְאָ֖ה | rūaḥ ha-ṭum-ʾāh}, respectively.
