Exegesis

The conjunction ki {כִּי־ | kî} introduces a temporal/conditional clause culminating in the Niphal imperfect yinnabe {יִנָּבֵא | yin-nā-bēʾ} ‘he prophesies’, where od {עוֹד | ʿôḏ} ‘again’ indicates repetition.
