13. Formal Translation Be silent, all flesh, before the LORD {Yahweh, Majestic Judge}, for He has stirred Himself up from His holy dwelling. |
13. Dynamic Translation Let all people everywhere be quiet before the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Majesty}, because He has risen up from His sacred home. |
