10. Formal Translation “In that day,” declares the LORD of hosts {Yahweh Tsevaot, Supreme Commander}, “each man will call his neighbor to come under the vine and under the fig tree.” |
10. Dynamic Translation “On that day,” says the LORD of hosts {Yahweh Tsevaot, Divine Protector}, “each of you will invite his neighbor to rest beneath his vine and beneath his fig tree.” |
