7. Formal Translation And I will remove his blood from his mouth and his abominations from between his teeth; and even he will remain for our God {Eloheinu, Supreme Ruler}, and he will be as a chief in Judah; and Ekron will be like a Jebusite. |
7. Dynamic Translation I will take away his blood from his mouth and his unclean things from between his teeth; and he will also be a remnant for our God {Eloheinu, Covenant Protector}, and he will serve as a clan leader in Judah; and Ekron will be like the Jebusites. |
