Exegesis

The relative pronoun asher {אֲשֶׁר | ʾăšer} ‘that’ introduces a subordinate clause, with the Piel perfect tsivvah {צִוָּה | ṣivvāh} ‘commanded’ attributing the law to YHWH {יְהוָה | Yəhōwāh} through Moshe {מֹשֶׁה | Mōšē} regarding Yisrael {יִשְׂרָאֵל | Yiśrāʾēl}.
