7. Formal Translation And I {Yahweh, Covenant Judge} will cut off Israel from upon the face of the land which I have given to them, and the house which I have sanctified for My Name I will cast away from My Presence; and Israel will become a proverb and a taunt among all the peoples. |
7. Dynamic Translation I will remove Israel from the land I gave them, and I will reject this temple that I made holy for My Name, sending it away from My sight. Then Israel will become an example and an object of scorn among every nation. |
