| 5. Formal Translation And he said, “Peace. I have come to sacrifice to the LORD {Yahweh, Worship Recipient}. Consecrate yourselves and come with me to the sacrifice.” Then he consecrated Jesse and his sons and invited them to the sacrifice. |
| 5. Dynamic Translation Samuel answered, “Yes, I have come to sacrifice to the LORD {Yahweh, Sacred Honoree}. Make yourselves holy and come with me to the sacrifice.” Then he set Jesse and his sons apart and invited them to the sacrifice. |
