וַיֵּצֵ֨א{va-ye-TSE###vah-yee-TSEE###and he went out} דָוִ֜ד{da-VID###daa-VEED###David} בְּכֹל֩{be-KHOL###beh-KHOHL###in all} אֲשֶׁ֨ר{a-SHER###ah-SHEHR###which or that} יִשְׁלָחֶ֤נּוּ{yish-la-KHE-nu###yihsh-laa-KHEH-nnoo###he would send him} שָׁאוּל֙{sha-UL###shaa-OOL###Saul} יַשְׂכִּ֔יל{yas-KEEL###yahs-KEEL###he would act wisely or prosper} וַיְשִׂמֵ֣הוּ{va-ye-si-ME-hu###vah-yeh-sih-MEH-hoo###and he set him} שָׁא֔וּל{sha-UL###shaa-OOL###Saul} עַ֖ל{AL###AHL###over} אַנְשֵׁ֣י{an-SHE###ahn-SHEE###men of} הַמִּלְחָמָ֑ה{ha-mil-kha-MA###hah-mihl-khaa-MAA###the war} וַיִּיטַב֙{va-yi-TAV###vah-yee-TAHV###and it was good} בְּעֵינֵ֣י{be-e-NE###beh-eh-NEE###in the eyes of} כָל־הָעָ֔ם{KAL-ha-AM###KAAL-hah-AAM###all the people} וְגַ֕ם{ve-GAM###veh-GAHM###and also} בְּעֵינֵ֖י{be-e-NE###beh-eh-NEE###in the eyes of} עַבְדֵ֥י{av-DE###ahv-DEE###servants of} שָׁאֽוּל׃פ{sha-UL###shaa-OOL###Saul}
