5. Formal Translation
Those who were satisfied with bread have hired themselves out, and the hungry have ceased to hunger; so that the barren woman has borne seven, and she who had many sons is forlorn.
5. Dynamic Translation
Those who were full now hire themselves out for bread, and those who were hungry now have food. The barren woman has given birth to seven children, but she who once had many sons is now pining away.
