| 29. Formal Translation And he said, “Let me go, please, for our clan holds a sacrifice in the city, and my brother has commanded me to be there; and now, if I have found favor in your eyes, let me get away and see my brothers.” |
| 29. Dynamic Translation He said, “Please let me go. My family is holding a sacrificial feast in the city, and my brother has ordered me to be there. So if I have found favor with you, please allow me to slip away and see my brothers.” |
