34. Formal Translation
And Jonathan rose from the table in fierce anger, and on the second day he did not eat because he was grieved for David and because his father had disgraced him.
34. Dynamic Translation
Jonathan got up from the table in burning anger, and on the second day he did not eat because he was distressed for David and because his father had publicly shamed him.
