He has become conceited and understands nothing, but is sick over disputes and word-quarrels, from which arise envy, strife, slanders, wicked suspicions.
4. Dynamic Translation
He is puffed up with arrogance and knows nothing, but is obsessed with pointless arguments and verbal fights; these give birth to jealousy, fighting, malicious insults, and evil suspicions.
