| 13. Formal Translation And Asa and the people who were with him pursued them as far as Gerar, and the Cushites fell so that none remained alive for them, because they were crushed before the LORD {Yahweh, Deliverer in Battle} and before His camp; then they carried off exceedingly much plunder. |
| 13. Dynamic Translation Asa and his men chased the enemy as far as Gerar, and the Cushite forces fell until not one was left alive, for they were defeated before the LORD {Yahweh, Victory Giver} and His army. The people of Judah took a huge amount of loot. |
