| 14. Formal Translation When he came to the king, the king said to him, “Micaiah, shall we go to fight at Ramoth Gilead, or shall I refrain?” And he answered, “Go up and succeed; they will be given into your hand.” |
| 14. Dynamic Translation After Micaiah stood before the king, the king asked him, “Should we go to war at Ramoth Gilead, or should I hold back?” Micaiah replied, “Go up and prevail; they will be handed over to you.” |
